Gabby Hazel Grace @wellnesswithgabby

Gabby has been teaching yoga and movement classes for over a decade. Starting in Boston in 2014, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with David Vendetti and Todd Skoglund at South Boston Yoga and her 500 hour advanced yoga teacher certification with Jacqui Bonwell in 2019. She completed her children’s yoga certification with Kim Taylor at Cardio Kids Yoga, her adaptive and outreach teacher training certification with Alison Bologna at SHRI Yoga, and a TRX group training course to become TRX qualified in 2016. She is currently completing her 40 hour Yoga Nidra training with Sagel Urlacher. In early 2026, she completed her Tui Na training with Christine Wilson at Healing Body Solutions and Dr. Ming Wu, Ph.D, a 20th generation practitioner of Fengyang Taoist Chinese Medicine. Tui Na treatments apply pressure to the meridians and specific points on them called ‘qi-points’ or acupressure points to affect the the flow of qi so that it moves freely, evenly, and powerfully around the body. She will one day complete her NASM personal training certification that she started in 2017. Gabby has a Bachelors degree in Economics and Financial Math from Simmons College and began her career at a boutique financial firm in Boston. She was the founding program manager of a nonprofit that taught financial literacy to high school girls in Boston, Baltimore and Philadelphia. She has also worked in ed-tech for clean energy and in corporate wellness, where she helped develop the first online employee health fair and a 5-year employee wellness strategy.

Bonnie Hope Dellerose @renewbodysequence

Bonnie has over 3 decades of education, training and experience working in the healing arts. She began with a degree in Music Therapy from Arizona State University and worked as a music therapist primarily with individuals on the autism spectrum, developmentally disabled adults, older adults, and individuals in hospice care. She holds an additional certificate from Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care in Hospice Music Therapy. Bonnie transitioned into therapeutic movement with both White & Blue Belt Certificates in The Nia Technique, a blend of dance, martial arts and healing practices. She then received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Ashram in Millis, MA. After seventeen years of teaching Nia and ten years of teaching yoga, she completed her 500 hour YTT at Down Under School of Yoga in Boston, MA. She has additional teacher certifications in aerial yoga and balance board yoga. Bonnie holds a Reiki Master Certificate as well as the Munay-Ki shamanic rites and is a highly intuitive energy worker. For fun, she self trained in numerology and has been giving numerology and angel card readings for twenty-five years.

Jen teaches Candlelight Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra classes on Saturdays 10/24, 11/14 and 12/12. 4:00-5:15pm

Jen Songer @jensongeryoga
Jen Songer has been teaching yoga in Central Mass. since 2009. She completed her 200-hour certification in 2009 and her 300-hour certification in 2020 at Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA. Jen has completed many additional trainings, including Yoga Warriors, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Breast Cancer Survivors, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga for Children and Teens, TRX, and Barre. Jen is a middle school special education teacher in the Worcester Public Schools. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, she enjoys reading and spending time in nature.

Kimberly Daniels @kdyoga

Kimberly is a double certified E-RYT 500, and carries these certifications in various styles such as: Vinyasa, Anusara, Viniyoga, Pre /Post Natal and Children's Yoga. She spent a long while in California where she trained and traveled internationally with her mentors and teachers in both Asana, and Philosophy studies while offering public, corporate and private classes. She was fortunate to be part of the donation yoga movement that began in Encinitas, CA offering yoga to the community on a sliding scale. This encouraged community of heart, and the ability for all people to access yoga which she finds to have been one of her greatest teachers. Her classes focus on alignment, breath, and attitude. With over 20 years experience, Kimberly's classes are potent and lighthearted encouraging strength of body, mind and spirit.
